gDiapers are a reusable/washable hygienic product. The life expectancy of our products depends on the amount you have in regular rotation and the type of care they are given. We do expect our product to last through multiple children, but this is not a guarantee. What is a quality defect? It is something that may have happened in the manufacturing process that affects the performance of the product. Typically it is apparent within a short time of owning the product, and we apologize if something slipped passed our quality control and into your diaper bag.
Textiles that are dyed or printed may fade with time. Natural fading can be expected based on how items are cared for. There are many factors that can affect the durability of prints and colors, including, but not limited to, machine type, length of wash, detergent, water temperature, etc. If there is abnormal fading that occurs very quickly after purchasing your new gDiapers product and you have followed the recommended care instructions, please contact us immediately as we take back all inferior quality products to examine and replace it if necessary. We depend on consumer feedback to ensure the ongoing quality of our products.
Should you find a quality defect on your gDiapers product and it is within 3 months of purchase we will gladly replace it with a new product of equal value. See below for warranty information on each gDiapers product.

- Product type/size
- Description of issue
- Proof of purchase (emailed as an attachment)
You will then be contacted by our customer service team and issued a case number. Send in your defective product with the assigned case number and we will promptly replace the product in question. Items returned to us without proof of purchase or that do not fall under the warranty specifications will not be replaced and will be returned to you. Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Information
Warranty is void if care instructions are not followed properly or if the product has been modified in any way. Items will not be replaced for issues that are not deemed manufacturer’s defect. Care instructions: Close velcro tabs and remove the snap-in pouch. Machine wash cold or warm. Machine or line dry.

- Premature cracking or peeling
- Fabric tears or flaws
What is not a quality defect?
- Staining
- Other normal wear and tear
Care Instructions: Machine wash cold or warm. Air dry. Avoid excessive handwashing. No vinegar. No bleach.

Care instructions: For regular care, machine wash warm or hot with a small amount of cloth-safe detergent. Avoid added enzymes, whiteners, or fabric softeners. Do not use with barrier creams. Simplicity is best. Machine or line dry.
