Our team of parents will select, prepare, and package your order out of our office in Portland, Oregon. Please note, disposable inserts often ship separately. So be on the lookout for two deliveries.
Your package(s) should arrive in arrive in 4 - 7 business days. We'll email you when they're on the way. Orders placed after hours on a Friday will usually ship the following Monday.
All orders in the contiguous US will ship via FedEx or USPS at our Standard shipping rates. Orders to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and US territories will ship USPS only, and shipping rates are calculated based on location and weight (we're sorry, free shipping does not apply outside of the contiguous US).

Your order may arrive in two shipments, as our disposable inserts often ship separately.
Deliveries can show up in lots of different places around your home, based on the safety discretion of the driver. These can include front door, back or side doors, with a building manager, or even behind bushes. We do not require a signature at delivery. So please follow your tracking number(s) that will be emailed to you and make sure someone is home to receive the order if you are not comfortable with it being left unattended in your absence.

We charge and collect state sales tax on orders that are shipped to nexus states. We currently have nexus in Oregon and Ohio.
