July 1, 2020 - We’re so sorry to announce, the gDiapers Shop is closing July 31. Our returns and exchange policy below remains in effect with the caveat that all returns and exchanges must be received at our warehouse by August 7, 2020 in order to qualify, and exchanges are limited to stock on hand. Please do not hesitate to initiate your return or exchange if you have one. Please read our announcement for more detail.
Sometimes purchases need to be returned. Maybe you bought too many gPants in size small and need to exchange for mediums. Maybe your baby has potty-trained and you still have unopened Disposable Inserts. Since we're a small company with a hygienic product, we can't have an open-ended return policy. We understand life happens, and if you're outside the policy, please contact us. We may be able to work with you or offer other options.
You may request a return for refund for unused items purchased from gDiapers.com within 60 days of purchase. Since we are in the diaper business, we need to ask that items be packaged in their original condition and packaging, unused and unwashed. Bundles (Newborn Bundle, Everyday g's, Sweet Bundle, etc.) must be returned in their entirety, partial returns will not be accepted for refund.
We are aware how quickly babies grow. If you find you still have unopened packages of small Disposable Inserts and your little one is now in a larger size, please give us a call. We'd be happy to set up an exchange for you!
For all return requests for items purchased through gDiapers.com, please email us at info@gdiapers.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return details. Once you receive your RA from us, your product must be received in our warehouse within the next 30 days or we will not be able to issue you a refund and only an exchange can be offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For gDiapers purchased in a store or other online retailers, please contact them for their respective return policy.
Gift certificates cannot be returned for refund.
