gPants come in sizes from newborn to extra large to fit your child perfectly from the moment they arrive in the world right until they are walking and talking toddlers ready to potty train. The newborn gPants are specially made for tiny babies, from 6-10 lbs. Size small gPants fit babies 8-14 lbs. Disposable Inserts come in 2 sizes—newborn/small and medium/large/xl—and are designed to fit snugly inside the gPants.

Each pair of gPants comes with one waterproof pouch that is made with gBreathe technology which means less rash for baby. In the newborn gPants, the pouch is sewn in for a trim fit for tiny babies. In the small gPants, the pouch snaps in and out for added convenience and less laundry. Gentle stretch means more comfort and a flexible fit. Use with Disposable Inserts that you can flush, compost (wet ones only) or toss.

Contents and care

gPants are 92% cotton, 8% spandex for a gentle stretch and trim fit. gPants fasten around the back, away from little hands. Machine wash cold or warm, machine or line dry. Close tabs and remove pouch before washing.
