A fresh start: gRetreat 2014

Firstly, THANK YOU for the countless emails and notes of support we have received over the past month since we posted our ‘update’ on the gBlog. It is truly humbling. Jason and I are always blown away by the generosity of the gCommunity :0)

As we mentioned in our post, we had been facing some pretty massive headwinds the last few years, but with our announcement last month, it already feels like the winds are changing.

We had our company retreat for our US gTeam and it allowed us to get out of the office, regroup, and take a big deep breath. We decided that if we wanted to have a really ‘great beginning’ for this next chapter of g, that we needed to have a really ‘great ending’ first. So we got a little ‘woo-woo,’ did some meditating, acknowledged what we were leaving behind, our fears, our baggage, and then looked to our future and what we wanted to invite in. It ended with a ceremony around a bonfire :0)
