No g, no good: the scoop on knock-offs.

To our gPeeps,

We have noticed that a knock-off of gDiapers has emerged in the US market. While imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, this is pretty unflattering. 

The brand is Glad Baby and they have been sold on ShopDiaper.com in the past and are currently being sold on the following sites:

www.amazingclothdiapers.com
www.greenerdiaper.com
www.aliexpress.com/item/Gladbaby-cloth-diaper-100-cotton-soft-breathable-leak-proof-pocket-diapers-urine-pants-diaper-pants/926394037.html

The materials, construction and performance are a far cry from a genuine gDiaper and so they just don’t work. We had some in the office and the off-gassing from the plastic was overwhelming.

It’s one thing to knock off a product. But Glad Baby has had the cojones to cut, copy and paste our text and photoshop our photos (see below).

The websites themselves are run by the people making the counterfeit product. Check ScamAdviser.com’s rating of AmazingClothDiapers. 0% trustworthiness is pretty definitive!

 While we pursue the fun formal process of dealing with the situation, please avoid the Glad Baby brand and these websites. It is a 100% knock off and they don’t work.
